I have never written a poor review in my life but want to warn others. The booking was easy and they are friendly but their standards for packing a truck are very low. They packed our three bedroom house in Birmingham and we drove our own things to Texas where another company unpacked. The crew in Texas asked "who packed your truck" as they noted many things poorly padded or not padded at all. We had multiple pieces of furniture scratched and our dryer has a huge crack on the electric panel and our washing machine had a huge dent in the side. We had TWENTY EXTRA unused moving pads we had rented that they could have use to properly pack the items. I understand when we signed the contract that Move Masters is not responsible for any damage that occurs while moving but it's a sad testament to their company that they can't pack well enough to keep a customers possessions safe and unharmed. I advise you to find another company to pack your belongings.

Move Masters was very responsive, professional, and the movers went out of their way to make sure everything was in working order before they left. Their communication throughout the entire process was incredible. Thanks so much to Mitch and Tyler for the outstanding work they did. It really did make all of the difference in the world for us. Highly recommend this company!

Found this company by searching for movers in Bham area. Owner was very helpful and accommodating on short notice. Crew was professional and did an excellent job. You can tell when a company is run right. We will use them again. Highly recommend.

From first conversation Kim was the rudest and most unprofessional customer service I have ever dealt with! Not willing to have a conversation to help the people that are going to PAY them a lot of money! I will tell everyone that ever asks me for moving companies to go elsewhere!

The owner is a nightmare. Rude and unprofessional. If you want quality moving services, go somewhere, ANYWHERE but this place. Your wallet and sanity will thank you later.
