The girl by the name of Amy was terrible with customer service! She absolutely was rude and did not have any interest in helping me. The young highschooler, who I did not get the name of, was absolutely amazing and so sweet. Amy proceeded to say that the high schooler could get in trouble for helping. But let me ask this… Isn’t that their job? Aren’t they supposed to help us? The other girl that was working with Amy was really nice and she tried to help but unfortunately Amy was completely against it for whatever reason. They wanted to charge me a handling fee if I showed them my phone. Absolutely insane! I will never go back there! I really hope Aimee learns her lesson. She seemed dumb as rocks anyway. I’m disgusted! Shame on her.

Even though it took 20 minutes to send a fax . They never gave up they fixed the fax machine were hella polite the whole time even gave me a bottle of water while I waited. They also home cool little nick nacks inside. Was and seemed like a easy place to get in and out of.

I've been a customer here for 13 years, through several different ownership changes. I rent a mailbox (and receive a ton of packages), and sometimes also use their shipping services. The current owner is by far the most efficient and professional, and he has made lots of upgrades to the place and the services offered. He has been willing to go the extra mile in terms of customer service, too, which I really appreciate.
