The start of our sister trip was terrible as we broke down on our way here. Luckily the transit was free and convenient for us to maneuver through the town. We were lucky to meet a few helpful bus drivers but weโ€™d like to give a big shout out to Esteban because he was very helpful, informative, & kind to us. Thank you for being awesome ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

The bus schedule is weird. I always make sure to arrive 10-20 minutes early because I know how fickle the buses are. I have on more than one occasion waited for the bus for almost two hours because the bus that was scheduled to arrived never did. I know this isn't just an issue with me and many others have had this issue. The bus drivers are alright, but that doesn't make up for all the people who's entire schedule revolves around these buses. This needs to be fixed. Either fire the bad apples or put more effort into being on time. That's what they're being paid for.

Majority of bus drivers are very nice but a few duds ruin it for everyone. Always late or early, only way to tell when it's going to be anywhere is to download the Doublemap app and set it to Mountain Transit. The few bad bus drivers are rude and do not care at all about anyone trying to catch the bus. You'd also better be at the bus stop exactly when they decide to arrive, because if you try to wave them down even 10-20 seconds away from the bus stop they won't even slow down. They think it's funny when people miss the bus because of their basically nonexistent schedule. Plus, they completely ruined the bus stops, so now if you're trying to get from one side of town to another (think Sugarloaf to Boulder Bay), you're going to have to sit in the Vons parking lot while they do some switchover for absolutely no reason, usually taking at least 10-15 minutes, and sometimes closer to 30. I could walk to my destination from Vons faster than waiting for the bus just about 90% of the time. Just about the most inconvenient public transportation I've ever used, and they don't care because they are a monopoly, after all. Absolutely pathetic.

Horrible how the simply donโ€™t care about making sure drives follow the bus schedule.... why have one if the drives donโ€™t follow it or our always running late! Like come Big bear is a small town! What they need to do is stop hiring all these senior citizens to drive the busses that our more worries about talking to the friends and cigarette breaks! Itโ€™s horrible! Especially considering that they our government founded!

I never liked the Marta. No human being ever would. But it at least functioned and I and a lot of other people relied pretty heavily on it. Living in bear city, with whatever you guys did with the Erwin route, it is now virtually unusable and I am LIVID. I have work in moonridge I do not have a car I don't know why you guys did what you did to the Erwin route or if you will ever return it to normal but bear city to moonridge is far and I can't rely on daily flukes to get to and from work and you guys annihilated your last scrap of trusty service. I have no idea who is in charge but you people are doing a terrible job. Fix your routes.

Always late. Every single time. Either that or very early you miss it. The bus drivers are also rude and inconsiderate of anyones time schedule since they can't seem to keep up with theirs.
