I had my Harley shipped from NY to TX. They passed the bike onto CRST trucking company but at some point the front of my bike came in contact with a mysterious corrosive substance that is eating away at my paint. I tried reaching out to motorcycle shippers they told me to file the claim with CRST which I did. After the claim was denied, I submitted pictures of the bike when picked up showing no damage and pictures now that the paint is bubbling and flaking they said they would push it up to a supervisor and it would take 7-10 days. It’s been a month and no response after REPEATED emails and phone calls.

I just shipped a 2018 Harley Davidson Street Glide Special from Colorado to Pennsylvania. Contract MS0145. While it was given to them without damage, I received it with some serious damage. Everything was noted on their papers and while the damage was not noted by the person who took the bike, it was noted by the person who gave it back to me. Aside from the $7000 in coverage they provide, I paid extra for $27000 worth of coverage. I immediately contacted motorcycle shippers who instructed me to contact the trucking company CRST. Right from the beginning I'm being told to talk to someone else about it so i'm not feeling good about this. I hired Motorcycle Shippers not CRST. While I'm just getting started I felt I should post my experience using this company. I have a feeling after paying over $1200 to ship the bike, I'll be paying a lot more to fix it and, in the middle of summer, I can't even ride it now. Total aggravation and I regret putting my bike in their hands. It appeared the people who took it weren't rider's and didn't know how to handle the bike. I notice their first response to other posts is the $7000 in coverage at no charge. That's great if they use it. Otherwise what good is it? I will get back with an update and hopefully they take responsibility for what they did. If they do I'll give them credit as sometimes things go wrong. If I'm screwed and on my own, I'll report about that as well.

They charged my card, confirmed my booking and gave 3 weeks timeframe for approx. pick up but now 3 weeks have passed and still they haven't arranged transport, no communication what so ever. the customer care has no clue, their response is they have emailed HQ and waiting for response since a week.

Now i am not sure if my bike will be picked up or i'll get my money back. I have been asking my friends to be at home since forever. Terrible experience, I wish i have never booked with them

EDIT : They finally picked it up and delivered without any damage, but from Indiana to Miami took 7 weeks.

I had the most amazing experience with this company. They truly tell you everything you need to know about shipping your motorcycle before they take your order. Every time I call they are they were there to answer my questions. I ended up booking my order on their website which made it easy. My Harley Electra was picked up and delivered when they told me it would be. A guy name Ed was helping me and he was very kind, I think he was the manager.

I placed an order for my bike to be shipped from Boise, ID to Tampa FL for our move no later than 3/24 as we are leaving 3/25. On 3/22 my husband and I contacted customer service because we hadn’t heard from them regarding when the bike would be picked up. The man who answered was rude, condescending and spoke as if we were inconveniencing him by inquiring on the pick up date. He rudely informed me that I needed to call the day before to find out when it will be picked up. It was estimated to be picked up between 3/16 and 3/24. So basically he said it was my responsibility to contact them on 3/23 to find out the pick up.

I found not only his tone to be unprofessional but also unprofessional that it is the responsibility of the customer to contact them the day before the last day of the pick up window to find out when it would be picked up. It is very inconvenient to not be notified with any kind of advance to prepare for the shipment.

We will be contacting today and if we experience the same treatment and lack of information we will be requesting a refund and no longer use their services now or in the future. This review will be edited based on the outcome of my experience.

After getting quotes from several other companies to ship a dirt bike from California to Georgia, I decided on Motorcycle Shippers. When you enter your information online, so many companies send automated emails with minimal information and I am always concerned with being able to actually talk to a person. I called the number provided on their quote and spoke to Ed who went above and beyond to make sure I had answers to all my questions. After speaking to him on the phone, I went ahead and placed the order online as he instructed. I received an error message on my end so I sent a quick email to Ed (who had also previously sent a personal email) who responded right away AND called to make sure I received his email and reassure me that everything looks good on his end. Overall, it was a very personal experience and I never felt like just another customer. It was obvious they take pride in making sure the process goes as smooth as possible. His excitement when I explained the situation about having the bike shipped from one family member to another matched mine which was also something I found to be awesome!

I recently had the pleasure of using Motorcycle Shippers. I moved a 2019 Road Glide from California to S. Carolina. My bike is perfect. Less than 1300 miles and I was really stressing about shipping my bike. I dropped my bike off at the trucking depot. They used a special pallet that protected the bike and allowed it to be secured well. My bike arrived in perfect condition. The driver was extremely professional. Highly recommend these guys. Thank you!

Run from this company. I would give them zero stars if possible. Before I shipped my bike I called them to asked when would be a good time to ship the bike to my destination for a specific date. I booked my shipment, received and email on dates for delivery. I then booked a trip to ride the bike after the date of delivery. Well after several hundred dollar of non refundable expenses, motorcycle shippers changed the delivery date 5 days later! I emailed them back once I found out to assist me, no response via email or a phone call. Finally called and spoke with them, they absolutely couldn’t give a f*** that the bike was going to be delivered 5 days late. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to ship your bike if you need to a destination on time.
