Great freight terminal. Had a hood come in for a 70 Dodge Charger. These men did a great job. Good people. Great job. Y'all top notch.

Do not trust the delivery window they schedule or anything Tim says. The deliveryman, Kenny, was friendly, professional, and helpful. He was the only person who apologized for my delivery being a day late and leaving me hanging the day before. Bryan, who called to schedule the appt was helpful & nice. Tim, the dispatcher/manager(?) did not keep his word, nor did he make any attempt to let me know that my delivery was not coming on the scheduled day, after he told me that my delivery would be 3hrs late. He was rather sarcastic, and even asked if I would still be awake at "6:30 or 7pm". In addition to that, he did not return my call after I left a message the next day. If one cannot trust the guy in charge, then he cannot trust the business as a whole. I would not have been upset with MAF, if they had been proactively communicative. Instead, I had to call them when the delivery was an hour late, and then, did not hear from anyone that it would not be arriving at all on the schedule day. I did not catch the lady's name, who I spoke with for only a moment, and I cannot comment much about that part of one call. If someone had just been slightly apologetic, as one should with customers, and communicated honestly with me, this would be a five-star review. It would have been nice to know my shipment wasn't going to show-up, before I just gave-up on it at 9pm on the scheduled day.
