This has been far the worst company I've worked for in my 13 years of driving. I'm going to cut right to the chase. First off you get 26% of the load. Well that's what I got. They book loads on the spot market which is already low & they accept absolutely anything. When I say anything, I mean ANYTHING! Paul (whom was my dispatcher) tried to book me a load for 265 dollars. So 26% of 265 is 69 dollars which i refused. & he actually got upset that i did. To get the load was 80+ miles to the shipper, 24 miles to destination but it would take up to 3 to 4 hrs to unload! For 69 dollars! I have never been paid detention since I've been there. You don't get paid empty/deadhead miles and sometimes you drive up to 2.5 to 3 hrs basically working for free. If you get a load with extra stops, you don't get extra stop pay either. Layover pay is 100 dollars. If anything happens with the truck, they'll make you pay for it. You plan things at home and they still try to book you a loads. Even after you tell them about your plans. You're only supposed to pay for occupational insurance once a month (135 dollars) but they'll take it out twice occasionally & told me "we went ahead and took it out for next month" like is that even legal to just up and take what I worked hard for when you want to and do with it as you will? They also tell you the take escrow
which is 100 biweekly but then there were inconsistencies in that which they took it out weekly sometimes then sometimes biweekly but you're definitely getting deducted at least 3 times a month. I refused a load because it's too cheap and they get upset saying "some money is better than no money" the absolute worst! They promised me 1800+ a week and what I was bringing home was 870 here. 1150 there even staying over the road for 10 days I only brought back home 1200 dollars. Now they're posting ads offering "up to 2k a week" don't do it they're just reeling people in because they can't keep any drivers due to whatever reason. This company isn't it & I usually don't leave bad reviews but I'm saving my fellow truckers a headache if you read this review. The parking is a mess it's absolutely no room, very muddy & dusty. I hope they get it together because that isn't good for business. The reviews are fake.
No American name and all reviews are within hrs of each other. Basically trying to filter out my bad review with proof of why i gave them a one star rating. & Company tried to pay me to take this review down. Check pics of proof of contact.
