I can’t thank this service team enough for their fast and efficient help with our Volvo truck. The engine suddenly turned off, and they arrived quickly on-site, which was a huge relief. They diagnosed and fixed the problem fast, allowing my husband to get back on the road and make his delivery on time. Excellent customer service and truly reliable when you need them the most!

Great business!! We broke down on highway 40 with radiator issues and Kenneth helped us get back to the shop. Jason and Justin went right to work on it. Had us back on the road in a few hours. It's probably the best experience I've ever had with a truck repair service. As a company driver, I don't get to choose who repairs my truck on a roadside call. These guys not only arrived quicker than estimated but had me back on the road faster than I knew possible. Great guys and great service. Thank you, MMG.

I really need help last Saturday. This shop was the only one that claims to be open on Sunday. I called, no answer or return call. I called on Sunday, no answer. I drove 20 miles to them and Noone was there. It's a little shop when you see it in person. Be careful about choosing repair shops in this area. There's a mechanic school in the area . These folks graduated from the school and open shops, so if you notice that there's lots of shops around the pilot ts, that's why. Good luck.

Kenneth went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. My engine started billowing smoke so I pulled off on the shoulder. I knew I had a fuel leak but was unsure where it was coming from. I called MGM and Kenneth arrived within 20 minutes. He located the fuel leak within seconds. He said he would have to drive to Cookeville (which is about a 25 minute drive) to get the metal fuel line. He was back in less than an hour!! He could have went and got lunch and easily been gone for 2 or 3 hours. When he got back he bent and fabricated the new line to match the old one. Had it back on within minutes. No leaks!! Excellent work at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Kenneth and MGM Truck and Trailer Repair to anyone!! Thank you guys! I was able to make it back home and spend the weekend with my family because of y’all!

Very quick service. Quick and efficient. And went above and beyond to get the parts needed. Reasonable prices and options. Worked me in on the middle of there already busy work day( as I was a walk in) and got me rolling again asap. Super nice people, great place to get work done if your in the area. Ethan and the other men got us back on the road! On a Saturday! Very reasonable and straightforward. Our wheel bearing went out on our trailer on our way to deliver donations. May God Bless MMG trucking service!
