Update: got another load and I just realized Im delivering to the same place.

I showed up at 1000 for an 1100 appointment and let the shipping office know that I had frozen product in the nose (about a foot including the bulkhead) and gave loading instructions. Low and behold, my reefer was running like crazy, so I checked on it, and they had taken the frozen product out altogether because they wanted to load pallets straight in. Turning and/or pinwheel works just fine and the weights aren't an issue. Moral of the story; just load it the way I said to and we don't lose time and have to touch it twice and don't tell me, "we'll fix it since we're not real busy." Life is pretty simple if you let it be simple.

Trash don't pick a load up here, just cancel the load, it's not worth the Time or money... once you here u will see the type of ppl who work... brokers lie for ppl to take the load

Drivers if you have a hard time here. Maybe you should do an attitude check of your own. Everyone I interacted with was friendly professional. Wait time was minimal.

This place was good to me I showed up 4 hours late and they still got me out in a couple hours. Spotters were even cool enough to let me park overnight.

I show up at 8:40am for a 9:30 appointment. I am told since my product is not even ready I need to go to the truck stop down the road, because their lot is so small and they already have 5 trucks waiting. I am told they will call me when my load is ready. Luckily the smallest of spaces opens up and i can get out of everyone's way. I then watch for hours, their 20 something doors being filled with JB Hunt dropped trailers. At any given point they will only allow 2 or 3 actual live loads. I probably watched 30 JB Hunt trailers get loaded and moved out, only to be replaced by new ones. They never actually called me, the head loader just walked over to my truck and told me to take a door. They put the live loads together so close, and their lot is so small, that people have to drive up on the curb just to back in. I finally got loaded by 1:08pm.

Stay away from this place. JB Hunt trucks, who are not even there, take precedence over you. Why even have appointments if you have no intentions of having our product ready at that time? However you wasted my time by having the product ready for 30 drop trailers first. Finally their terrible location and lack of planning hurts our equipment just to back in. Just let JB Hunt have them, they deserve each other.

Had a great experience, the women at the window very pleasant and got loaded within 30 min. Didn't have time to eat lunch!!😅 Will come back love an easy load time.

THEY DONT VALUE TRUCK DRIVERS HERE OR THEY TIME, IT A SWEAT SHOP, U WILL SEE IF U GET A LOAD HERE... ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY...BROKER GOING TO LIE ABOUT EARLY PICK UP...
