Having recently moved into a smaller home in Marin, we needed a bit of extra elbow space and storage to organize our lifelong possessions. After reading the rave reviews about the manager Lorenzo, I felt this location would be a good fit for our current needs. From calling to make an appointment to tour the location to meeting Lorenzo and viewing all the units that were available and might fit our need, the process was a breeze. Lorenzo truly does go above and beyond to share his expertise and knowledge and is truly a great guy and an asset to all the patrons of his facility. He seemed to know everyone by name and was a pleasure to work with. It was the easiest and best decision we could have made. Thanks for your help Lorenzo…you made our day signed the deal and we’re on our way in 45 minutes… you lived up to all your reviews for customer service! Looking forward to being able to get settled back in Marin again.

Great experience with Mini Storage of San Anselmo, from start to finish. Lorenzo was very helpful and kind throughout my experience there. He happily walked me through the various units that they had available, and helped me find the best deal for my needs. He assisted me with payment when I was having trouble with the online payment portal, and when it came time to move everything out of my unit, made the process very quick and seamless. If I have any storage needs in the future, I will absolutely bring my business back here.

The place was convenient, and for the few years we were there the staff was always very friendly and accommodating. Fortunately for us we no longer needed the storage space. Would 100% recommend to someone else. Forgive me if I get the name incorrect, but Marcelo always made the place feel welcoming and friendly.

We highly recommend Mini Storage of San Anselmo. Moving and/or storing belongings is a pain; however, Lorenzo, the manager, made everything easier and more pleasant! He is super friendly, helpful, and professional. The building is always clean, inside and out. We never had to worry about our belongings because everything is run flawlessly by Lorenzo.

I had nothing but positive experiences when using this storage facility. Lorenzo is very kind and helpful. The building and units are immaculate, and the units are well sized.

Rating is for the onsite facility and staff lead, Lorenzo. The facility is kept fully operational and clean. Lorenzo keeps on top of all aspects of this business. I appreciate the on site management as Lorenzo is customer focused and does a great job to be helpful and accommodating in a very professional and responsive manner. This is what sets storage facilities apart from one another -- the day to day contact--Lorenzo is one of the best!
