Worry free experience at this business. The customer service was awesome. To brag even further, the staff provided excellent customer service. The actual storage unit was clean and just the right size for my belongings. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs.

I gave five star because of Jamie in the Enterprise Al. office she was great. She explained everything , checked up on me and etc. She is amazing at her job and very friendly. The storage unit was clean as well. I was mislead how ever by the guy I talk to on the phone. Please tell your people to explain everything when someone calls in. He told me it would be $69.00 a month but did not tell me about all the fees so when I get there Jamie has to do this. The price was actually $131 for what the guy quoted 69.00. If I had to leave a review on the price quotation on the phone it would be bad.

I highly recommend using Mini Mall Storage! The customer service at each location is top-notch. Jamie while helping helping other customers was very friendly and relatable. When we got serviced it was exactly the same. We will be forever customers due to the professionalism of Jamie and the staff there. 10/10.

I had my things in AAA for over 14 years never had a problem until mini mall took over without me know my unit was sold all of my family photos are gone because they can't get in touch with the person who bought it. My husband record collection I just really want the photos o am fine with out the rest

The best customer service at this location. I just helped someone moved from another facility in Ozark that was awful. This location is very clean and fairly new. I highly recommend this storage location. Thank me later. Oh you're welcome in advance
