You need to have a clean trailer, they will check your trailer. The time of the appotiment is strict. Do not come 1 hour before or 30 minutes before. If your appotiment is at 7am come at 6:45am. They will not give you the door but at your time. You can come next door, there is a yard with a bathroom and you can park and even sleep.

Have your trailer cleaned up, cuz they're gonna inspect it, open your doors and slide your tandems all the way back before you enter inspection Area and make sure your tandems are locked! Your BOL will be picked up on your way out,

I was so happy that got a load back to IL on Saturday. Because I imitated needed to be in IL by Sunday. But unfortunately they refused to take me in, because load wasn’t ready yet by that time and they asked me to try back at 2 pm if not next day early morning by 7-8 am. So I checked in back by 2 pm , of course load wasn’t ready yet and UNFORTUNATELY had to come back next day. So today Sunday on march 30 at 6:45 AM I’m back here, and guess what?! Pick up was rescheduled for Saturday next week on April 5th! People are here very nice. No complaints for that. BUT…. IM SO DISAPPOINTED. They should tell me the truth on time instead of taking my time! 😭

Delivered a load here 1/30/25. Overall a very good experience. Complex is huge but if you can read the map or follow directions, you’ll be fine. Check in and trailer inspection crew were very friendly and easy to work with. Plenty of room to maneuver into the dock. Wear you Hi-Vis and put your trailer tandems all the way back at inspection point.

The area lots where a driver is supposed to park their Empty Trailers is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. It is a dirt lot; no order in drivers parking the trailers straight (even the yard dogs I don't think park the trailers straight); when it rains, it is muddy; and the maneuverability is absolutely too small for a sleeper truck and trailer (I don't even know how the yard dogs back the trailers in.... straight 🤔).

This facility seriously needs a New Designed Parking Lot for empty trailers. Otherwise, the yard dogs need to park the empty trailers... it'll save damage to the driver's truck and damage to your property.

FYI... I didn't tip that concrete block. So my point stands on how tight this area is!

Other than my frustration in ridiculous lots that are easily fixable... this facility is okay. The staff is great and very friendly. That's the one good thing about this company and why they deserve 5 stars in service!

You better bring in a new or practically flawless trailer. They have been ridiculous lately with trailer rejections. The people working the check in lines have different standards for every shift so it’s never consistent. They will reject your trailer for having a missing mudflap yet their yard drivers are constantly ripping off mudflaps the way they back and drop trailers. Also don’t bring a trailer that may have foil tape to repair cosmetic damage. They will reject it if it’s not a sheet metal repair. But like I said it depends on what shift is working. The ONLY positive is that you can take your 10 hour break on site.

My appointment was at 12 got here at 11:30 the guard doing my trailer inspection rejected me due to that little piece of metal missing trailer is brand new so nothing else was wrong. Guards here on a power trip and haven’t even drove a truck a day in their life waste of time here get real.

This place is not that good to pickup a load from. They took five hours to load me. they also have a confusing checkin and check out process here. Also, beware and make sure your trailer is very clean. There’s a crochety old man there who will refuse your trailer on a whim. So keep that in mind when coming here. I “might” come back here again.
