Not the fastest, but one of the easiest ones to get into. The shipping/receiving clerk is always friendly. They will let you sign in 2hrs early, but you still might have to wait till your appointment time. DO NOT BE LATE (over 30min) you will be either rescheduled or a work in. Restroom is at door 15.

Arrived 1 and 1/2 hours early. Took me right in and started unloading. Super friendly and professional. Plenty of room to maneuver. Easy access.

They can take a little long for loading. There is truck parking on the rode in front but not alot maybe enough parking for about 8 to 10 truck's. Also portable restrooms are available 24/7. Friendly staff In the office. Won't lie the office check in/out is slow due to only one person in the office doing billing and all which will cause a wait. Not the billing women's fault. One women doing about half a dozen jobs from 5 to around midnight. Thus causing delays in the evening.

I pick up here often, so this trip was par for the course. Precooled to -10, check in with your po #. They will stage you at the door if they are ready to load you. Leave your doors closed until they come out to check your temp and trailer condition. Open the doors and back in They will lock your glad hand. When they are done they will unlock you and seal you up. They will call you when your bills are ready. Keep your po# handy for sign out.

Great group of people to work with! I showed up early for my appointment and then fell asleep and woke up late...they told me that they, most likely could not work me in on first shift but would definitely try to get me in on second shift. I'm still waiting but I appreciate how they've handled the situation and the ladies in the office are very professional and courteous! Thank you for everything that you do!

Still waiting to load after 6 hours! Rude people and an awful place to load—if we ever get loaded. Stay FAR away at all costs.

Update: Over 12 hours to load! Unfreaking believable!

Word to the wise: if you are dispatched on a load to this facility and there is no way you’ll be able to make the appointment time, refuse the load. According to the rude black lady in the shipping office, if you’re late, you are considered a work in—expect to lose at least 24 hours.

The broker we went through (Roadrunner) told us they would handle it when we agreed to the load. The load was scheduled for an 11 am appointment; however, we did not agree to the load until 11:30 AND we were an hour and a half away. The broker was well aware that we couldn’t get there until 2 pm. Basically, the BS broker knew they wouldn’t load us for hours but failed to share this info with us. Of course, to add insult to injury, all of the appointments (4 drops) had to be rescheduled, which cost us an extra day—the equivalent of about $2,000 for us, not including the stress!!! Also, I wouldn’t recommend using Roadrunner (at least the office in the Southeast). They basically use a bait and switch tactic and refuse to answer or return calls. Lesson learned.

They have overnite parking on the street right in front of the office. Check in starts at 5am. U cannot check in no more 2 hrs before ur appointment time. I checked in and she called me to get in a door I didn't have to wait long and they unloaded me quick. She called me when my paperwork was ready didnt have to wait long. If u r picking up, they charge u if ur r not precooked and have to wait more than 30 mins for it.

Checked in at 6:30PM for 7:30PM appt. Told me that they are ‘way behing schedule’ and will give me a call. Called me 10pm lineup with the dock, and somebody will come out to check temp and tell me to back in. Somebody came 11:20, finished 1am.
And I had to drive str8 3h all night to make it on 5am dell appt. Thank you for one more night off sleep.
