My husband and I were on our way to another storage facility to inquire about fees, etc. I looked up Midway and decided to head that direction, first, and left a message on Midway's answering service. By the time we had driven to the facility (10 minutes from our house), Anthony had returned my call and greeted us at the front. He was extremely personable, polite, professional and answered all of our questions. Showed us our options, toured the facility and we were able to pick a unit that was great for us. We credit Anthony with his info and knowledge for why we chose to sign for storage that day with Midway RV & Self Storage. Anthony is fabulous and the Self Storage location and interior are fantastic! Five Gold Stars!

I have always tended to veer away from the whole storage unit scene but because this place was so very convenient we went and checked it out. I am so glad I did; the customer service was amazing and the property manager was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable

I highly recommend this storage over all others. Not only is it super tidy, well space and has a great security system but the staff here is always friendly, helpful and personable. The manager in particular spoke to me regarding my storage needs and reminded me that I, my belongings and even my situation matter and worth the time and effort we took to figure out exactly what I needed. I never thought something as simple as finding and purchasing a storage unit could be such a pleasant experience. It's the added touch of people helping people that places Midway Storage differentl from all the rest.

The customer service here is outstanding. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and made the entire process so easy. We only needed the space for a couple of months between moves and we took advantage of the special pricing. Either way, the price is fair for the facilities and size of unit. All in all I would definitely recommend.

I have rented from Midway RV & Self Storage on three separate occasions since 2016. Every time has been terrific! The place is clean well paved and convenient. Prices are great and the customer service from Regina and Peter is always friendly and fantastic.
