Midas Moving is a family owned business with the owners being hands one. Their customer service is exceptional and they take pride in the service they provide. We were moved across country. Bobby and his employees were professional, courteous and treated every piece of furniture with the upmost care. We sustained no damage and they were here when they said they would be. I have hired over ten moving companies and movers from the Phoenix area. This moving company is so far above every company I have employed that words won’t do their performance justice. They get it. They are professional, hard-working, courteous, polite, and efficient. They take care of what they are moving and where they are moving it to, and they ask what else they can do to help when they’ve moved everything, put the beds together, and placed the furniture. They are the best movers out there. They set the bar. They covered everything and checked off all the boxes. They restored my faith in moving companies. I will call them whenever I need help with moving without hesitation because, in addition to all I mentioned, they are reasonably priced and worth every penny.

We moved this past weekend (locally) with Midas Moving and had such a great experience! The three movers we had were so kind, experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. They took care of wrapping and securing everything, plus were so fast and efficient with loading and unloading everything to the right rooms of the house! Highly recommend this excellent moving company! The team of 4 gentlemen worked awesomely and efficiently together. All furniture was blanketed and then wrapped in plastic to ensure no harm was incurred. The items were marked w/ magic marker to indicate where the piece came from. This made the walk through of the new destination more meaningful and unloading was conducted without extra guidance. Cheerful, polite and very caring that our needs were met. You will not find a more trustworthy or skilled moving company in Phoenix, period. Midas handled both the packing and moving for us. They were so careful with all of our furniture and so friendly. I didn’t hear a single complaint from any of them even though it was long day. This is the second time we have used their moving service. We will be referring them to all of our friends. The two gentlemen who helped me were fast, efficient, super professional and courteous. They took the time to wrap all furniture which was big enough to be damaged against walls. My only criticism would be that even though the lady who scheduled my move was told it was a 3 story town house, they use square footage to decide how many people to send. Because there were only 2 guys (not at all their fault), the move took longer than I would have expected, and when you're charged by the hour, it adds up. Otherwise, highly recommend Midas!
