It was good but as per previous comments they r slow and also you have to disconnect your trailer or hand over the keys if u don'twant to disconnect

Worst place to pick up. They can waste your hours and even whole day. Firstly on bol weight was mentioned diff and but in reality it was more than 45k overweight . When I came back they had me on dock for 2.5 hrs nd still saying it's gonna be while and end up refusing . Basically I spent 5 hrs to pick and den another 3 hours for waiting to get it reload.

Been to many times. Have overnight parking. Shipping is closed at 5pm. It is by appointment only for pickup. Lady on desk is super nice as well as the workers. All very friendly. Times vary for loading but have never been longer then an hr in and out. Office gives you a plastic pouch with the loading papers, put it in the back of your trailer. You have to disconnect and pull ahead or you can pull your airline and they will come get your keys. When your done the come out to give you your keys and remove the chalks from your tandems on both sides. They will have you pull ahead from the dock just enough for you to close your doors. They take a pic before and then of the seal when they put it on. You sign your paperwork, give your copies and your good to go. They do have an off site scale. Only used once.

Strictly by appointment, and they work at snell peace. Careless about how long you being there waiting to be loaded. The only good thing is there is enough room to park .

Very nice people, got us in ahead of appointment time and loaded quick. Down side, your out in the sticks, no cell service. So if there is an issue, try smoke signals

Great place really nice people. Takes a while to get loaded but they have on site parking for over night and free scales
