The store appeared to be well organized, plenty of parking, and minimum associates on the floor. I purchased a frame, they did a very poor job, scratches on it, front and back and you can notice them is when the light shines on the frame and glass, but still they could have done a much better job. When I took the frame in I had a pair of earrings in a bag that the frame was given to them in. I called them to ask them about that, and they said they didn't see anything. For sure, that wasn't true they just didn't want to put in the effort to look for it. So my day here today was not very satisfying.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this store. The assistant manager, who has short blonde hair and a septum piercing, showed a shocking lack of empathy and understanding. She kicked out a child with autism for being "disruptive," which is completely unacceptable. This behavior is not only discriminatory but also deeply hurtful to families dealing with autism. The only solution I see is for this store to take immediate action and fire this unhappy, unempathic woman. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and understanding, especially in situations involving special needs.

Excellent service. Excellent! I got here with 20 minutes to look before close on my way home from Columbus GA. The staff did not rush me out, in fact, they told me to take my time and took the time to try to find a product for me. Then, they hooked me up with a discount. It wasn't the item I came in for and I'm still really happy. I just ordered a larger set of the item.

My art centered daughter loves this place. She lives on the art supplies isle. Good prices and a couple of the staff really enjoy their job. Very helpful people and the store is well stocked.

Michael's has always been one of my favorite stores! But I haven't been in a while and things just seemed a lot pricier than the last time I was able to visit one. And at this particular location the bathroom was disgusting! So bad so that I don't even want to go into detail about what I saw! And there was no toilet paper in the stalls. The young man at the register was very pleasant, however there was a young girl employee with black hair walking around the store who seemed rude and like she didn't want to be there or didn't want us to be there! Like we were an inconvenience to her that we were there so close to closing time. We didn't feel welcome in this location at all because of her!
