We have a 10' x 30' with climate control and elevator access, as we are on the second floor. The unit is perfectly fine. However, we started out paying in the 200's, and the cost per month has went up several times. We now pay right at $400 (I think 396). When I look at the website for this exact address, the highest price is $299, and that's for a unit with the exact space, climate control and elevator access as we have. We pay electronically each month so we have never been late on a payment. I really don't know why they are gouging their existing customers, and new customers pay over a hundred dollars less. One can only assume that they want to price us out of the unit. Anyway, we just had a yard sale and sold about 80% of our storage, and next week, instead of getting a smaller unit at this place, we're moving the other 20% to another storage place about two miles away on the same street. We compared the pricing of both places and found the new one has everything the first one has, but is much cheaper. We will definitely let them know why we are going to another storage company.

Peggy was great throughout our service. Between the time we sold and bought our home we had our full House in this storage for almost 2 months and we used two large units not one thing was destroyed no bugs no rodents. Clean and very convenient. We even got a special deal. Loved our service here.

Peggy and Brad are excellent you can't ask for a much better team than that, there is a third person but I don't recall her name all I can remember is that she had braids in her hair. This is the best team of maintenance and customer service Representatives that I've had the pleasure of working with. Brad the maintenance guy did an excellent job of fixing a problem that I had with my unit not only did he repair the problem, he had a sense of humor while he was making the much needed repair I would recommend this place to any and everybody that needs storage that I come in contact with. Thanks again Brad I appreciate you as well as your team

This is a great place to store your overflow (or anything else). It's clean, easy to get to and the staff is attentive to the premises' maintenance. The only downside for me is that it's not climate controlled. Otherwise no complaints here.

What a great experience Peggy was super helpful and showed us multiple units. I was very impressed with all the details she had already taken care of for us! Reservation and lock were already to go when we arrived to finalize the contract! This is perfect location for us close to our home in the service level we received to date was impeccable !😊

Easy to get a unity at the urgency of needing a place to store things or moving and in a short amount of time on there website. Also, after experiencing situation of renting a unit actually two units with one storage company and getting a promotional deal and then within the first 30 days after moving all my stuff in the business was bought out the prices went up and the due date changed by hundreds of dollars, which put me in a very bad situation, I’ve learned that buyouts on storage facilities happened pretty often that this particular storage company and shopping around. I made sure to ask that they were gonna be bought out anytime soon reputation with the same name and many other facility locations which assured me that it was safe to my stuff in it’s clean easily accessible. The only thing is they close at nine. I wish they could stay up a little later. Only complaint I have other than that everything‘s good . Even down to the prices, today’s high cost of everything
