This is my local mini cab service and I use them often. Normally after booking I get confirmation and this time although I was told to get confirmation I didn’t. 2 days later I rung to find out if booking was confirmed and man called Andy was very unprofessional about it with some attitude problem. I hope this was just a one off as it is not going to be good for the business or for himself too.

We are an older self storage site with small aisles and narrow turns. One of our customers had a pick up handled by your company. The driver came into my office and I helped him contact my customer - I also asked him NOT to go all the way down to my customer's unit because of the turning points being so cramped and I didn't want the property damaged. He totally ignored my request and did as he darn will pleased anyway - narrowly missing two of our recently replaced bollards and almost backing into one of our unit doors. This customer has had 3 other deliveries and pick ups and all of those drivers used pallet jacks to walk to the unit - this guy was just to lazy to put a little sweat into it. The truck in question was #351036 and I do NOT want that driver back here. The best part of customer service is to do what is asked of you!!!

They have had the package at there docks for about a week no one has ever called me. When I called they did the blame game and blamed another department instead of just helping me get my package. Not a good company. Then they think they are a public utility with the delivery times 10-3. What a joke. Can’t call can’t be responsible and then when you do get a delivery date they give a time frame that means you need to be home all day just for them! Bad bad bad. Use someone else!

We ordered a pergola, and paid $$$ for the shipping. Only for them to hold on to our pergola for a month, like some of the other reviews, never once received a call. I had to constantly call Sams club, for them to get the delivery information. A month later they schedule a delivery date and they end up having to reschedule the delivery twice because their “drivers called off”, and when it was finally delivered, it was damaged. That same day we called to have it returned. It took them over a week to contact me to schedule the pick up. And an additional week for the delivery date. And surprise surprise, they never showed up. Not even the courtesy to let us know they weren’t coming. Again, I had to hunt down information to get an update, only to find out that it yet again has to be rescheduled, and when asked why it was never picked up in the first place, the girl couldn’t even say anything, because they are out of excuses. Please avoid them at all cost!! They have no respect for customers’ time, truly unprofessional.

We've had dealings with them twice now due to ordering nursery furniture.

The first time: Late on scheduled delivery time. We were lost in their system; they could not find us. Our crib did not arrive with all of its necessary parts.

The second time: Late on scheduled delivery time. When I called to find out what was going on, I was asked to help unload furniture. I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant. Completely unprofessional. I paid for shipping and delivery not for me to unload it off of a truck. -- Well, after telling them I could not assist in unloading, they still showed up expecting my help. Now I had to refuse delivery and reschedule.

Waiting for my 8k tv to be delivered from this company. Delivery driver calls me and says I'll be there in 25-30 mins. Than calls back in 30 mins & says "something came up" and he's now going to be late. I raced home from work to be here and so they wouldn't have to be waiting & now I'm waiting AFTER this punk ass called me and said he was on his way, thanks!!!!! 0 stars for this pos company!
