I've been a long-time tenant at Mesa Desert Storage, and I have to say the improvements under the new management have been outstanding. Since Cliff took over as manager, the facility has seen a huge boost in customer service, security, and overall cleanliness. It's clear he genuinely cares about the tenants and takes pride in maintaining the property.

When US Storage was running things, many of us experienced sudden and steep rent hikes. Thankfully, the new management has been much more understanding and willing to work with tenants to find reasonable solutions. That kind of personal attention and fairness goes a long way.

The $40 referral credit they gave me for referring my friend was a great surprise. Apparently that's a perk that new management company offers for all new referrals. I definitely will be telling a few more friends.

It’s refreshing to see such positive changes, and I truly appreciate the effort Cliff and the new team have put in. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed storage facility.

New owners and management were on point with details, very detailed, and I’ve used this facility 3 different times. It’s always been clean but this is by far the cleanest I’ve seen it.managed very professionally, no details left out….. and probably the most affordable storage facility you will find in mesa area

I rented a 10x20 unit online and was thrilled to find such a great rate—almost $200 less per month than what I was paying at Extra Space for the same size! When I went in, Ed in the office was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process even smoother. Like Extra Space, the units don’t have interior lighting or electrical outlets, and access is limited to 9 PM, which isn’t ideal. But with the huge savings, it’s a trade-off I’m happy to make. Great value and excellent service!

Excellent rates for the area in a clean, safe, and easy to access area. The manager is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. If you have a large trailer, it may be a little tight during high traffic times on Gilbert road but has never been a problem for my 18' trailer as long as you're cautious. Happy to rent space from them.

He was very helpful, he showed me the units and made sure be clear about the pricing, he didn't try to convince me to buy any extra add ons or anything, and he was very friendly. I've rented here before a few years ago and it was a good experience last time as well.
