Pulled up to gate to get loaded 10 minutes ago @1230 hours. There are literally 11 other drivers standing in line at the gate shack; and the line hasn’t moved. I’m regretting this load already. I’ll update if it suddenly gets better; but I doubt it.

Giving this place a 3 star. Is got a 3 star because of the nice charcter of the person/people who attended me at the dock. Had it not been for that it would be a 1 star. The lady in the security box is on a serious power trip.

Pulling up to gate sign says all driver stop and check in. So i did. On door of security box it says opens at 8 am do not block driveway. I was there reading the sign at 5 minutes to 8. Checked my watch. Security lady walks up yelling at me because im blocking the driveway and sign says to move.

So i move. I call my company let them know what happened ( c.m.a. ) i get to her and off she goes again because she heard my phone call. After a couple rounds of back and forth i said can i get checked in or do you want to keep yelling. She said and i quote - i dont have to check you in. The power of this station gives me the availability to refuse you. ( again power trip ) i just told her yep you are correct.

Gate opens at 8 when all this started it was 8 all of that was totally uncalled for. As i am sitting here getting loaded follow up trucks are doing exactly what i did. What the sign says to do. Stop at security gate and check in.

Okay place shipper pick up from check in gate assign dock easy space to maneuvers backing. Friendly staff pretty fast loading times

Got here for pickup and they’re on break so they let me park inside and wait for them. After they loaded me i pull up to the gate and the guard was on break and had to wait again for another 30mins. Busted!
Overall they’re good.

Pretty friendly place, plenty of room to move. About 15 minutes after I hit the door started loading. Even though Google skyview has not been updated, follow Google maps to get here. Guard shack is on the left side about 200 yd down

Came in for a pickup for a load going to ALDI. Checked in within 5 minutes, got a dock right away, loaded 20 minutes later and got the paperwork/seal at guard shack on the way out. Total 30 minutes spent here to load a 53’ dry van. I’d give this place 10 stars if it was possible love the service.

First off the shutting down check in at shipping/receiving for lunch is a bad idea. Trucks backed up and clog the street plus possible accuring accidents. They are very slow checking you in. You get a dock and they are very slow loading you. Not impressed Mercury Paper.
