We needed a miracle and these guys made it happen. On our way back from a shoot our crew van broke down in San Francisco. The equipment and crew were scheduled to be in Phoenix the next day for 3 shoots. The crew was able to fly into Phoenix and make it to the shoots on time but we needed a way to get the equipment to our staff. Luckily we had more equipment back at the studio in Phoenix but had no way to get it to the 3 different locations in the time frame we needed. I called Mercury based on a referral. I am always nervous about people handling our high dollar equipment. I can tell you it was handled with white gloves. They were able to pick up the equipment and get it to the right locations seamlessly. It was like it was almost instantaneously. I received a text notifying me that the pick up was on its way...picked up...and delivered. They saved the day...literally.

Had an issue with another delivery service dropping the ball late in the day, so I called John at Mercury. What a great experience and company. Very impressed by his friendliness and the way he put me at ease and gave me reassurance and trust in getting the job done. A big thank you John and the Mercury Delivery Services Team. It was an enjoyable experience and a first for me. An appointment was booked over the phone, arrangements were made for pick up, delivery at the same time and a price was quoted and it remained the same. I was notified when the driver was nearing my home and received a call once everything had been delivered. Robert was great and I would definitely use Mercury again.

Mercury helped me and the company I work for when we were in a bind because Fedex failed and we needed to get a delivery to an important client. We had a perishable package of wedding flowers that needed picked up from a FedEx storefront and John had a driver there within 15 minutes and on the road, even though there were some complicated delivery instructions. Since we're based across the country we needed urgent help from someone local who we could trust, and Mercury sure didn't disappoint. The client was so thankful and we were able to breathe a sigh of relief. Can't thank these guys enough. Professional, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommend their service.

As a Homebound Disabled Veteran, I cannot walk into the Department of Veteran's Affairs. Mercury acted as my legs and my voice to address a very time sensitive matter.
