We have been doing business with this establishment since the new ownership for the past couple of years and respect the level of professionalism and high standards of customer service that it provides. The owner, Mercedes, is present everyday with a smile and a solution to most any challenge or situation. Her pricing is competitive and we enjoy supporting a local, neighborhood business. What a great neighborhood business!!!! The owner Mercedes is very helpful, kind and professional. I needed some business cards and posters in a hurry and Miss M helped come up with ideas and they turned out perfect. I will be back again. I was in the store when other customers came in and she was very attentive to each one and appeared she had a true business relationship with each one. 5 stars all the way!!!!

Merci’s mailbox and more is definitely the place to get all your shipping needs and more covered! The owner Merci is so welcoming and always has a smile on her face. Prices are very reasonable and customer service is her top priority. I have witnessed many times where she’ll walk out with customers to their cars to help them load and/or unload packages if they aren’t park close. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!
