I had a fantastic experience at Men’s Wearhouse, thanks to Rob! He was incredibly helpful and one of the nicest guys you could hope to meet. My brother and I came in looking for a suit, and Rob made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He was patient, genuinely focused on what we needed, and never tried to push the pricier options on us, which you sometimes expect from other stores. I wish I could remember the name of the guy that helped me, he was wearing a fedora and everyone was dressed so nice. I told him I was getting an outfit for a funeral and he handled the situation perfectly, I’m so glad we didn’t go anywhere else. I was told I would be getting an email and I was looking for it this morning but haven’t seen one yet but wanted the guy that helped me to get some props because he was great.

Ladies…if you are getting married PLEASE save yourself and do not use men’s warehouse for the tux’s. It has been an absolute nightmare. They messed up everyone in the bridal party tux’s. Things have been ordered in wrong colors and wrong sizes. They pride themselves on being timely but I am getting married in 2 days and the GROOMS tux is still not correct. So please save yourself the migraine and go anywhere but here.

Went here to rent a suit for my sons 8th grade formal and I was highly satisfied! The manager went over and beyond for us even driving to Lagrange to get my sons suit when fedex ran late! I’d definitely recommend thanks guys!

Worst customer service ever… charged me a late fee when my tux didn’t even come in when it was supposed to. They give you one day to return and don’t even care or even try to help with anything.

I was pleasantly surprised on my shopping visit recently. Greeted as we walked in the door by professional sales staff and the sweet lady with the red hat on who also helped in a tremendous way. We picked up an order which was promised on time and came in on time. While waiting for the salesperson to get our order from the back, I scoped out the cool vests and ended up purchasing one. I highly recommend stopping by Men's Wearhouse and giving them a chance to suit your needs located next door to Stiles Dental Group
