Great customer service. Thanks Ashley. They ordered me a specialty size base board moulding which nobody carries in stores. The price was more than 30% less than Lowes and Home Depot. They also allowed me to order 1 piece instead of the minimum of 2 from the competitors saving me $50. Thanks again for making it easy

My mom ordered material over the phone on Thursday and paid for it i showed up Monday to get it. The older gentleman at the front the only one without a name tag was very rude and unhelpful my material wasn't ready to be picked up we waited for 40 minutes for it to get ready. The lady in the back driving the fork lift was very nice and helpful!

Do not trust McCoys in Brenham, TX. They delivered the wrong materials and would not accept a return as it had been past 30 days. Funny they delivered the wrong fencing. #1 rule in business, don’t make your problems my problems.

Online orders take longer to pick up than walk in. Placed online order 4hours ahead still waited in the store for 25-30mins. I felt there was a lack of competency. Then after the order was ready I had to wait for an email just so they could scan it. Everything was paid for before arriving.
