Russel is now gone and he was a great manager. Now Marlena has taking over and from what little I know of her she seams to be wonderful as well. And then there is their supervisor his name is Charlie and he lacks the ability to tell the truth or take care of customers with any kind of integrity. I have been renting a unit from Mclane self storage for three years now and have been paying them every month for their 5k property protection plan that does not seam to exist. Water got into my unit back in Jan- feb- I submitted a claim with them back in march of this year and have yet to be compensated for my damaged property. Three thousand dollars worth of damaged property and Charles ignores me and lies to me over and over. So now I have to go to three on your side to see if they can make Charlie do the right thing. Guess we shall see. I don’t recommend using mclane self storage until Charlie is gone and they actually get the well needed water tight upgrades needed on their storage units. If anyone is storing their belongings there, I suggest you go inspect your property and see if anything is wet and moldy like my unit was.

The management is friendly and I might add entertaining and doesn't add extra. The property is always clean, organized and safe for your property, you and your family. Always willing to help and offer knowledgeable information from years of experience and living in Payson.

I have used this facility for almost 20 yrs and they have been wonderful to work with. The property & units are always kept very nice & secure. Russell is always entrtaining in the best ways, always has some great jokes to brighten anyone's day.

You know what I am so tired of the storages that have been picked through through the manager and they tell on themselves right when you get there it was obvious that the jewelry had already been through I paid way too much for a locker the somebody already dug through never again will I deal with storage treasure it's a joke but on the other hand the manager was extremely nice helped us tie up our load and spent considerable amount of time making sure our load was Secure
