Small parking tight docking, the guard was mean,... I'm used to reading the signs but a truck was in the way... so stop at gate read all signs you can see, wear a vest after you enter park to the right in the staging area, walk to thy shack... it should say park in the staging area... because I did park than thy guard treated me like astupido.... no Bueno
UPDATE 4/18 the guard was really nice today abs the office guy was too 🙂 parking and docking is what it is lol...

CONS: Only about 50ft of room to dock. Pray you don't have to go AROUND another truck to dock (got lucky- he moved). Hard for this rookie! Pillars & stacks of pallets also in the way.
PROS: Staff was really nice though & clean bathrooms are upstairs in breakroom. Quick to load & get paperwork.
Notes for 1st timers- park on street, check in at guard shack & WEAR YOUR VEST!

Benny at the guard shack was great. Took about 3½ hrs to get a door and be loaded. Had issues backing to door due to box truck being loaded right in the way. Pulling out was even worse had to pulled forward and slide my trailer over about 3ft in order to
get out of door. Office staff was efficient and pleasant.

This place can be a a real pain to get into your dock, the one dock in front looks easy enough because there's nothing to your right or left for you to worry about THE problem is in front of you where they let everyone stage for their appointment. There's NO WAY they should allow any parking in front of the dock BECAUSE it makes it nearly impossible to pull up and straighten out, you will pull up and back quite a few times before you can straighten yourself up to back into the dock. Their docks on the back side are a bit better unless you're backing right next to some one, they barely have enough room to cut.
