I read all the reviews. Been here about two years ago and there have been some changes.

I arrived at 6:10p on Saturday. I followed all the posted notices and checked in. Since the young lady at the desk was just arrived I allowed here some time to wipe down and sanitize her work space. She did her best to get me in but turns out there were no empty trailers for my company. My appt was the next day at 12 noon but I checked in again at 5:30a since it was the new shift. They gave me a door at 6am. At 9:30a, i checked again. 10:45a I got a green light. 11:15, still here. I was excited because I thought they would have me rolling long before now but, that was wishful thinking.

For truck drivers, this is a very tight place to get into. I had my tandems up about as far as they could go, and I still just barely made through the barriers to get inside the lot. Backing into a door is very tight as well. I am delivering a very small load (three pallets). I arrived at 8:30 for a 9:00 am appointment. They put me in a door pretty fast, but now I sitting in front of the door waiting for them to come out and cut off the seal.

Always a pretty easy in & out process, and they have a decent sized gravel lot for parking if you’re short on time. No driver lounge or facilities, but otherwise an ok place. There’s a food truck that comes during the daytime business hrs, but you’ll need to bring som’n to eat and drink if you’re there during the evening or staying overnight tho.

Pls read the posted signs during check-in, and don’t cut your seal once you’re given a dock door, just wait until an employee comes b/c they cut their own seals.

The place is tight! so watch your corners but other than that everything was done in the timely manner
they receive from 5 AM to 2 PM if you come after 2 PM you will wait until 5 AM next morning.
I had a 9 AM appointment they called me at 5:20

Park on the right hand side when you turn in and walk through the gate to shipping and receiving. There isn't a ton of space to maneuver inside the yard but it's not bad. Receiving was very polite and had me in and out of there quickly. They don't mind if you show up early if they are not busy.

Not bad. It is pretty tight once you get some trucks in here. Take it slow and watch your corners. They will unload early if they are slow. Apt time 1pm. Arrived at 6am. Out of there by 730 am.

Don't cut your seal, or you will be rejected. They will come out and cut it.

Nothing more disrespectful than a receiver yapping and not helping anyone while there are people in line. Black woman with long wavy hair in pink wasted 15 minutes of our time blabbing on her phone while 4 people waiting in line...

Finally, she tells me to go to a dock. I wait 10 minutes in front of the gate before i had to search for the numbee to to this place and reminded her to open the gate. She hung up rudely without even an apology and finally opened the gate.

While waiting in my truck to get unloaded, she has a worker call me to the office because she forgot to have me fill out paperwork...

After my trailer was emptied out with green light at the docks, it took nearly 2 hours for this woman to complete my bol.

Why you all have to hire people like that? People that pretend to work only when supervisers are around....ask her. She will lie straight to your face that she didn't do it that's the type of person you got at the receiving window. I have not disrespected anyone in any way here, yet this was the result.

I expected much more from MB. This pathetic display of poor work ethic is embarrassing and doesn't hold up to every shipper i have ever been to in the last 3 years.
