I’m a concerned grandparent! I’m livid right now. The protocol that this unit has is unacceptable! My grandson, fresh out of AIT was stranded at the airport for 7 hours waiting got his sponsor! As of yet, he hasn’t met them. No one have given him any guidance to what he needed to do nor where he needed to be! This is totally UNACCEPTABLE! Why leave a brand new soldier stranded? This has left a huge impact on his military career! This should be addressed by someone!!! IMMEDIATELY!!! What has happened to this ARMY!!!!

Inprocessing POI was going though a change.

Before coming here issue you update records and training before you arrive. For the most part inprocessing was smooth.

Coming from Fort Hood where they didn't have a reception team, where I also, right out of basic Ianded in Hood and had to spend the night in the airport bc no one was there to help, also the number I called never picked up. Reception at Stewart is leagues above Hood.
