I ordered 1bottle with supposedly 2 free for $30. They charged me $199.75 twice. Tried calling-does not go through. Called credit card company with no results. 3 months later I receive another order, which I did not approve. Of course the phone number is not legit. Calling credit card company again and contacting the Better Business Bureau and LA police dept. This is a huge scam! I don’t know how these people can look themselves in the mirror. It’s too bad you can’t trust anyone anymore. Use that knowledge for good instead of evil. I’m sure your parents are super proud of you. Of course, they had to learn it from someone didn’t they. Just sayin! Review is so bad I can’t even rate it, but it wouldn’t let me post, unless I gave it a star. What a joke!

I've been trying to get this Go Keto company warehouse to stop sending me 5 bottles of theur product fir over a year! They bill 199$ each time and phone calls are recordings to usless refund web sites. BBB will help I hope. Can't tell which card they are billing... I keep sending them back!! Wish I lived in LA I'd get a lawyer and police to go there and shut them down!!

If there were negative stars, this company would have a negative 5. I so wish I had checked this site before I gave them my card information. I trusted the endorsement they show from Dr. Oz and Oprah. This is definitely a buyer beware company. I thought I was ordering one bottle for $40 +. The company charged me $199 for five months of product. I have tried and tried to reach the customer service. There is none. They send your call to a line that isn’t answered . My only hope now is to return the stuff if/when it shows up.

We were charged $198 and received 5 bottles of whatever there product is. We have never heard of them nor did we make this purchase so had to get with the cc company and cancel the card as well as dispute the charge. Tried calling there customer support and the lady hung up on me. Nothing but a scam trying to rip people off.

Advertised 5 bottles for 39,95 charged my credit card $198.. calls have been unsuccessful in resolving issue. Canceled order they sent it anyway when it arrived it was cut open and 3 of five bottles were gone. I'm filing claim with the USPS and going to contact the "customer support" number again..This place is a ripoff fraud..do NOT purchase from it... BBB claim started..

If I could leave no star review, I would. My mom did not confirm this order what so ever, she was just looking into the product. She tried cancelling it but the website showed that it was loading on her end. I tried calling to see about the refund, and they aren't even picking up the calls. I left a message and send them an email. They will see legal action taken if they do not refund our money.

Be very careful about this product. Read the sale details carefully. They will charge you twice as much then the ad states. I ordered 3 and got 2 free. It ended up costing me 198.70. That’s a hell of a lot more then the ad stated. I called and they would not take them back due to COVID. Just be very careful. What a scam they have going.

I was billed $199.00 on my credit card I called credit card company and they cancelled charge fraud division. When charged I was taking a road test for new job. Googled address it shows a storage unit. Some how they are hacking into peoples phones. So far nothing arrived but if it does I’ll refuse delivery.
