Moved our daughters things in for the summer from her apartment at CSUMB. It’s just seven minutes away, making it very convenient for multiple trips. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Marie was wonderful at getting us checked in and going over the ins and outs of the storage protocols. She even met us at your storage place to reinspect the unit with you and give it a once over with her broom. Every time we went there, Marie could easily be spotted conversing with patrons and maintaining the grounds. Felt very safe knowing she was always looking out for the property.
A day after we left we received a call from Daphne regarding our lock that we improperly put on the unit. They really take care to insure your items are safe. She took a picture of what our unit looked like inside to insure nothing had been disturbed. Which it had not been touched. She then put on a temporary lock which Daphne also took a picture of and sent to us. Just amazing service and care all around. Would highly recommend. Thanks Marie and Daphne for everything!

Marie is absolutely amazing ! She is so helpful and sweet. She helped me get a storage unit and rent a u haul. I came in with my 4 year old daughter and she was so nice and attentive with her. she even gave her tons of little toys to keep her busy. this establishment is great! thank you Marie !

We were moving and needed a storage locker last minute. The manager quickly helped us and even selected the right one because we were swamped. We rented a 10’ truck and a van during our move. Everything went smoothly with both rentals. Plenty of boxes and necessary packing supplies on site. The office is immaculate. The facilities are perfect and close to where we live.
