The storage units are well maintained overall, although units may get a bit dusty. The gentleman at the front desk is polite and helpful. So far, I am happy with the service and rates. Only inconvenience is that they close at 5pm during late fall / winter months. I wish they could close at least at 6pm year-round so I could still go after I get off work so take this in consideration. Recommended.

Had to have five policemen talk to them. They keep a felon ex convict prison person,Victor, friends with their so called security Jason , living in his storage unit. He picks the locks on women's units. Rob's. I tried prayer, I explained to him how to legitimately sell stuff people pay to use eBay or Etsy or vintage sites, I told him carefully how to put up an ad, make money without crime on stuff.
He said to pray for him and the four kids he doesn't provide for, and he still robbed me too.
He uses some serious esp to get everything valuable inside your unit.
I saw him looking through a circle of women's things on the pavement after the police met with him.
The storage place harassed my phone for a solid six months until I threatened civil lawsuit. They wanted me to file a claim to insurance. And just wouldn't stop pressuring me.

They are 100percent in on the convicts who live and rob after hours. My Good God, Victor sets an alarm clock ,drinks tequila and Rob's. You can hear it. If you park across the road outside as I did, you can watch them all night.

The bus owner laughs, and this is what you are giving money to. I lost a ring I waited for 48 years for my mom to give me it. I had it buried in stuff and he can climb or uses hooks. He got my camera and tripod . He got an old checkbook which was evidence of a murder, I had for a book I'm writing. He took the envelope of teeth from the murders, too.
He will be haunted by the murder victims...for certain. I'm finishing the spell to see that through.I should have put protection spells on my unit, I forgot.
But at least I can tell you this complete truthful reality of this place. Oh, the security guard convict, stole a power box off of a telephone pole, and brought it to Victor, I was nextdoor unit. They only do crimes.

Great customer service! Prices are fair and reasonable. They kindly let us borrow their box truck to move our items into our unit. Definitely love that it is gated with surveillance cameras.

This place is amazing, the rates are great, they have their own moving truck, the owners and staff truly appreciate your business and they have the perfect program for college students. I would only receommend that you reserve your unit in March if not earlier for the Summer months because everyone loves them! Thank you Duane

Rarely have I ever dealt with this much professionalism in a company. Thank you Duane and staff for years of service and the way you met our needs. We even had a situation come up with a house not being ready and they bent over backwards for us. The moving truck is a huge perk and what attracted us here in the first place. If you are a family with a child going to CSUMB, store your furniture here in the summer. They have great programs for students that work around their summer and fall schedules. It's very close to the school and that rates were lower than everywhere else we checked. Honestly, 5 stars is not enough!

Great staff, safe, gated storage, well maintained units, and reasonable prices. Most of the complaints about this place seems to be from people who haven't aquainted themselves with the fine print of the paperwork. Pay attention people! Cause if you're caught off guard by some of their clearly defined policies, then you can only blame yourself for being lazy.
