We called days in advance to confirm their ability to service our needs for a funeral. Yes, we needed items delivered to a funeral that they assured us would be there. Pick up was scheduled for 11am, not one showed up until almost 5pm, multiple lies through out the day as to our pick up and follow up on the delivery of these items. Can you possibly imagine the horror of counting on someone to deliver something for a funeral and then messing that up? That is this company. There are no take backs and the services were absolutely ruined by this company, and the poor customer service, and ability to courier. Stay away, alive or dead they will screw you over.
