I visited this store today because i had to send a letter certified and did not want to deal with long lines at the post office! They also have packaging supplies and a copy machine along with a computer. Becca was super friendly and helpful! They also have mailboxes to rent inside the store! Plenty of parking. In and out quickly!

These folks are nice enough but service is only just OK.
Remember that these places exist because the US Postal Service is terrible.
That means that they only have to be a little better than USPS. That's their economic model.
Have modest expectations and you won't be disappointed.

I called about an issue with a live scan after they printed the wrong email. I recognize that there was a mistake but they should be willing to work to remedy or even take minimal responsibility for the mistake. They were rude and hung up on me because I had to call on someone’s behalf as they are in the fire academy from 6:45am until 5-6pm. I can’t believe someone could have such terrible customer service and not take any responsibility for the error. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

BEWARE Take all of your shipping needs to the post office! The owner has no problem jacking up shipping prices, making it 2 or even 3 times the price it would be at another store. Awful customer service, I'd say none, huge employee turnover, cant keep one for a bit? Dont ship here!!! Just awful
