Just called to get pricing on a mailbox for a 12 month rental and the man that answered the phone said he doesn’t give prices on the phone? Why waste my time and your time? Not a good business tactic.

POOR isn't even a bad enough word to explain the service at this business. I recently sent a potential employee there for service and she was overcharged by at least $50.00 and when I called to explain there had been a mistake the person argued with me, was rude and gave me the wrong number to their headquarters where I asked to file a complaint. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

I went there once and the owner was very grumpy; like I was interrupting his quiet time. I'll go there again if it's simply dropping something off, but the owner might consider that customer service may not be his calling.

Guy is just rude! They have a parcel we sent and have been holding it from the recipient since the 8th Feb! They have made no effort to forward this parcel on. Terrible service!

Horrible service, and shady business practices very dirty and rundown business this place is disgusting went to send an envelope with one medical paper mask to someone in South America
Total weight was including the secondary envelope exactly one ounce
The owner went on the back office cause do not process parcels in front of customers, and return telling me that for 14 days to be received he wants $137.00
Went to regular post office and sent for $17.00 and guaranty of 8 days delivery
