The best place with the best people. It's as if Cheers was a mailing location. Everybody knows your name! Or they make you feel like they know you, anyhow. Lol.
I will never go anywhere else.

Mail & More has to be THE friendliest customer service center in Dublin, maybe the entire state of Georgia.

Several customers were in the store today, and they really hustled to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. But, when you are standing at the counter, you are treated like their very best customer. Lots of smiles, and they seem genuinely happy to see you. If you are over 60, you certainly remember this level of care used to be the norm and not the exception. Right?

This UPS store is NOT a franchise. I tell you this for a quirky reason. If you are returning a package to Amazon, this store can not accept Q Codes that Amazon offers. Only the UPS franchise store can do that. Crazy, right?!!

Anyway, my hats off to the friendly staff there that made me feel like a million dollars.

Audrey is the sweetest person and always has a very friendly supportive staff. The best place in Dublin to send or receive mail. Always professional and knows you by name. For the ones who complain, she's not a miracle worker but if you cry well enough I'm sure she could get those tears mailed back to you !!! Audrey, you're the best so smile and ignore ignorance.

I mailed a pkg on 3/1/2024 from Mail and More across from Kroger on Dublin and tracking states it’s still in Dublin. I called to inquire and she RUDELY answered that packages are backed up in Atlanta and it can take up to 10 days. I was charged $9. I mailed the same pkg today to keep my customer from the post office which was $5.46 and delivery will be on Wednesday. My $9 won’t make or break them just hope they do better.

My boyfriend bought me a expensive gift for Christmas and it had a couple of defects so I took it to Mail n More to have it returned to be fixed. That was December 28, 2023. After about 3 weeks of it still not shipping I called the store. I was very rudely told that it wasn't there and USPS refuses to scan items they pick up. I asked who did the pickup and was told they won't ever give them names either. I then asked who signed the manifest and was told that they don't keep one and that I needed to contact USPS which I did and was told that if it was picked up and not scanned there it would have been scanned in Macon already and in Atlanta. I called Mail n More again and asked them to please check for me and make sure it wasn't dropped or placed somewhere else there and was very rudely told that they have cleaners everyday and if it was there someone would have found it and that USPS had lost it. USPS stated that this isn't the first issue they have had with this business so now 2 months later my package still shows a label created and looks like it never left Mail n More. I have no idea what to do next other than NEVER use this business again. I wish I had just kept the defective item but it was expensive and I was hoping to get it replaced.
