I’ve been coming here for years since this family business always delivers the best service in every way…efficiency, always going above and beyond in the little things that matter, unparalleled friendliness, all while making sure you get the best pricing as they truly care about their customers, a rarity in Scottsdale these days. This is small business at its finest.
The owners, Jay and Andrew are so helpful and personable, I look forward to going in. Even their fax service is so much more affordable than any competitors. Jay and Andrew know the true meaning of “good business” as they always go above and beyond to ensure that every customer leaves happy. It’s a “happy” place. I wish they owned more businesses as other owners would definitely benefit from following their lead in always stellar customer service.

The customer service is amazing! The gentleman who helped us was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The way the store is set up is very welcoming. There is a table with chairs so you can sit and write, they have gifts and cards and they have a printer. I had a very pleasant experience at this store.

I’ve been coming to Mail Call for the past few months and couldn’t be more happy with the service I’ve received. I have an online sales business and frequently sell larger items which require odd shaped boxes. The guys at Mail Call not only have the boxes but also do a phenomenal job at wrapping up my items.

They go above and beyond. A few days after I moved away, some mail came in and they called me to let me know. Today, I got word that a parcel was on its way to my old Mail Call address. Understand, it's been about 18 months since I was there. I called them apologetically to let them know, expecting to have to identify myself, but they remembered me. And all I did for two years was say hi and collect my mail!

As soon as I moved back into the neighborhood, I rented a box from them again. They are just as pleasant and helpful as ever.

The employee who handles my package asked if I wanted to pay for a guarantee on shipment date, I said yes because the package contained a Halloween costume for my grandson and I needed it to arrive before Halloween which was two days away. Well not only did it not arrive on the date they quoted ,which was a Friday, it didn't arrive until Monday!!!! When I went back to the store to ask about a refund the employee then told me they didn't guarantee ground transportation packages. WELL WHY DID. YOU ASK ME IF WANTED THE GUARANTEE THEN? I know I was offered a guarantee and I know I told him yes I wanted to pay extra for it. But now this same employee says they don't offer a guarantee. WTH I guess he offered that to me because I wouldn't have sent it without a guarantee delivery date.
Complete waste of money as far as I'm concerned and it may have been only $30 but it was my grandsons Halloween so there was more than just money involved. I guess some business" will say anything to make a sale. I would have rated zero stars if I could have.
