This business provides exceptional service; they are my absolute savior for shipping to far-flung family members. Plus, they notarize and copy and a whole bunch of helpful stuff. They are experienced and knowledgeable and operate with integrity. Their rates are so reasonable, I can’t believe we still have services as good as Mail Box Plus in the neighborhood. This is your true, family owned business, and Lou (with "Shadow" the cat) welcome everyone who walks in the front door. Prices are excellent and she has a large selection of packaging materials. Notary and Finger Printing services are also available.

Lou is simply great. I had visited for fingerprints appointment, and she was very helpful. The entire processing was done very fast, and Lou is amazing in handling everyone. She also helped me to understand my name on credit cards, which is not in the correct order.

I went in to do my I-9 Verification and Lou was very helpful and nice to talk to. She made this such an easy process! While briefly waiting, it was also a pleasure to chat it up with her elderly cat, Shadow. Highly recommend!

I just went to get my I-9 at mail box plus. Lou welcomed me with a gracious attitude and got everything done in less than 2 min. She had great attention to details and checked everything twice.
