Great customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Willingness to answer questions. Great products and great supply of parts. I am updating, I still say good mostly. I ordered carburetor kit for snapper mower, first one wrong, then got second, it was correct one at $70, but carb worn out, made of cheap materials, they sold it to me. They should of told me you can purchase a new carburetor for $16 including shipping. Would of saved time and money running back and forth. I'm not a big buyer like the ones mowing commercial, but have purchased chainsaw, weedeater, backpack blower, extending pole saw, order parts and have carried equipment like troy built tiller in. Ask questions, they want the money.

If you did not buy your product from them, then dont go to them for any maintenance needs. They are the only dealer that can complete warrantee work on honda's in town and the rude lady is very upfront that they will push your equipment behind people that buy from there. She stated it would be minimum of 3 weeks. Unprofessional and complete waste of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The store has items on back order. The saleswoman talked extremely toooo much. She was repetitive with her sales pitch. Wasted alot of my time. But was nice. When I asked about surrounding sthill dealers she claimed if I don't have neither do they, because we order from same dealer. But I checked on my own and to my suprise the Camden dealer had several of the items I was looking for and took less than 5 minutes to purchase the product and leave.

They are always busy because they are the best. I have used them for everything from lawn mowers to chainsaws. They are upfront that if you buy the device from them, they service your equipment first. Which I think is fair. They are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they do not go out of their way to force an up-sale on you. I have dropped items off where I have simply told them to treat it like it was theirs, and when I picked it up, the device (lawn mower, Blower, Pressure washer) are all running as if they were new. It is a good company, If I had any complaint it would be for them to expand parking.

Service is very rude behind the counter. I've recently try to get mower blades and they have given me the wrong set twice and still haven't gotten the right set. I'm done doing business with them.
