I worked there and it seemed like a good place to work, they encouraged equality without distinction of race. Now I applied for the season and they tell me, "I regret to inform you that if you don't speak English you can't work." I would understand if they didn't have supervisors or managers who don't speak both languages, but they do have many.

Just horrible. I received my items opened. I’m missing the box for one perfume. They put it in with the bigger perfume although they’re both different scents. The third item was also opened. I’m upset because I’ve been taken advantage of and thieves work at the warehouse. This is the last year I shop for Xmas gifts with macys.

I am giving this place a bad review because I'm not sure if it's because I don't speak a different language or if it's racially motivated. I had an interview yesterday for the housekeeping job. I was there 45 minutes early . If you went well to my belief. This morning at 1:00 a.m. Tuesday I received the email saying I was not considered a candidate. Reminder. This is a two-step interview process. Now. I work in a kitchen for the last 4 years as sanitation supervisor which is cleaning the kitchen and production area and I do deliveries. I've done this through COVID as well so our cleaning system and protocols have changed since then as well been updated. I find it weird that I most likely have more experience than all of their candidates and within less than 12 hours I was denied the job. Food for thought

I placed an order last week ($150) and someone negligence caused me to receive an item I did not order. Needless to say as a fashion enthusiast I am highly frustrated, and disappointed as I order from Macys and I expect a higher standard of service.

I called the Main Management office, they accidentally delivered a package to my house. The person did not seem to be interested getting my information, and sending the package to the right address. She hung up the phone. Since I live in Bay Shore, I use GPS on my phone to deliver the package to the correct Bay Shore, NY address. I would appreciate to be paid for my time ( NY minimum wage $15 ). This project took about approximately 4 hours of my time on phone, doing research on internet, gas for car, delivery time, etc.etc

I arrived at 14:30 on Thursday to pick up a load of freight. The facility was so crowded with trailers that all the trucks waiting to get in had to park on the street. After waiting for four hours I drove to a truck stop and took my 10-hour break. In the morning I went back and had to park on the street again. This was 6am Friday. I was told that another driver took my load. I got a new load from my dispatcher and waited for instructions. I was allowed to drop my empty trailer just inside the gate was instructed to park outside the gate and wait. At 12:30 I noticed that my loaded trailer had been dropped outside the gate with the paperwork was stuck in the back door. I hooked up and headed on my way.
