O.T.R. I dropped and hooked at this place. I have never did a live offload or unload so I can give you any feedback on that.
I hardly recommend that you exit off the 60 freeway Hacienda boulevard. Make a left if you coming on 60 east. Make a right if you coming on 60 west. Stay on the left lane on Hacienda. Gale Ave will come up pretty quick on you, make a left on Gale stay on your left lane ( for 53 foot trailer) because you might need to park in between the little space on the street to get into the parking lot to make a wide turn for a 53 foot trailer. The entrance to Macy's is on the right. You will need to check in with the guard. They do have a couple porta potties you can use outside. The entrance for trucks is one way only you will need to go around their warehouse to exit out. I hope this info will help you. I had a 53 foot trailer there was room to maneuver your trailer hopefully when you arrive they will have the same amount of room that I did best of luck. By the way the card was nice and helpful did not have no issues.

Truckers，Check in at Guard, maybe need a little bit time, and then give you dock Number, when you docked, take your bill walk in to 24A door, and give them, when you finished unload, you can exit form entry, drive around warehouse and exit (at the entry gate next door)

This Macys facility is complete garbage everything outdated here . Not to mention they have a 3rd striker guard working there . We do drop n hooks there every other day. He’s always disrespectful to drivers for no reason and starts problems . Macys has to let this guy know he ain’t working at prison anymore .

Just had a scheduled delivery and three delivery guys was rude enough to leave without notice only because our house is under construction. That is understandable but don't be rude and leave without notice. I would give negative stars.

For being Macy's a Fortune 500 company, I would expect the distribution center to be up to par. It needs a lot of maintenance
