A few weeks ago, I discovered mac.bid, and the experience has been much more interesting than I expected. At first, I joined out of curiosity, unsure how online auctions work, but I soon became hooked. The platform is very well organized, with detailed product descriptions, real photos, and clear dates for each auction. I was struck by the variety of items available, from appliances to furniture and technology. Participating in the bidding was exciting, almost like being at a live auction, but from the comfort of my home. I won a couple of products at really low prices compared to their traditional retail value, and both arrived in good condition. I really liked that the site is transparent about the condition of the items, as some are new, others are opened or returned, but they always indicate this. I will definitely use mac.bid again when I'm looking for a good deal or something out of the ordinary.

I love MAC.Bid at the Mesa location. The people are so friendly and helpful. Everyone that works there is happy and friendly. I have heard other customers rave about how friendly and clean and organized the Mesa location is compared to other locations. I have been at this location almost daily for the last two weeks picking up different items. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. Thank you!!

I've been telling all my family and friends, honestly when buying a new house this was the first time I can get good things that have good quality. the services are amazing the employees are always welcoming and helpful 10/10 I am so glad I shop plus the app makes it a lot easier. Everyone here is so incredibly helpful and friendly! It’s well-organized and there’s lots of wonderful employees who are willing to help with anything you might need.

I’m always grateful for their patience when I can’t find a box and I need their help (especially when it’s somewhere semi-obvious and I just happened to not see it 🤦🏼‍♀️).

Would highly recommend checking items prior to purchasing if you use Mac Bid. I had bought multiple items from here and all have been missing parts or unoperable. Waste of money and time, and no returns unless you spend more $ (the insurance cost more than the actual item). Also, had to go back a 2nd time to pick up items that weren't available for another 3 days.

i’ve bid a few times, my moms addicted. the environment is amazing and the people are friendly. the staff get along great and all seem like friends which brings life to the environment. if you’re planning on bidding, definitely inspect your items before bidding just in case something was missed. they’re normally very understanding and willing to work with you. definitely pay attention to the notes on the listings. descriptions and pop ups are important. it’ll tell you if something’s off and it’ll also explain how much protection you have if somethings wrong 🙂

I’ve gone to multiple bidding places for 10 years and I’ve never been to a business that is this terrible. One they totally up-sale everyone to become a member $30 a month. (I was 10 min early and told me I couldn’t come in unless I pay the $30 fee) Their flat fee and markup of the item actually purchased is insane. Total it’s like a 50 percent mark up.
But the main thing rubbed me the wrong way is 3 out of the 5 items I received was not accurate. Wrong item than described.
And when I went to pick up my items which they have you search for it and grab it. It looked like Someone switched the sticker with the number I had on a rug to a totally different rug.
This business gave me icky vibes that they don’t care about their customers at all.

Stumbled across the website totally by accident, and I am now obsessed. You bid on returns, and there are some amazing products. I bought a 7ft Christmas tree that was clearly never put together, and it cost less than $12. The warehouse is efficient and well organized for you to pick up everything you ordered yourself. You can also come in and test things before bidding and pay a small fee for items you want to be cautious about so you can have window to return them since they dont actually do returns. Best find ever!
