People are nice loading only by appointment hours are 7 am to 3:30 pm loading takes half hour
Docks and office is on O st just park in the parking lot go to office for check in they will give you a door at your appointment time can load you before if they have time backup is from the O st to docks overnight parking on dock or nearby street portable washroom available

Docks and shipping office are around the corner on O street. Park in lot across the street to check in and wait for a door.
I arrived at 1:00 PM for a 2:00 PM appointment. I was in a door at 2:05.
Loaded around 3:00.
Because of a pickup I did prior to this one, I ended up overweight on the trailer axle. They put me straight in a door. About an hour later, they took off the product and let me rearrange a pallet in the nose to get them two extra spaces and shift weight of the trailer to the drives.
They had great attitudes and we're very easy to work with.
It's a tight dock area with a train track and at times lots of street traffic. Also uneven pavement at docks. Be careful there!

It’s a very busy place. Expect to wait for hours or for others to jump the line. One of the worse places to pick up a load. Waiting for hours.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Please be nice to them even if you are delayed because they are doing their best.

Attention Drivers: Some of the docks doors are right by a live active train truck. If I had any of those doors, I will drop my trailer and ask their shunt driver to back up to door. You are not suppose to change gears on a live railway track especially backing up. Dangerous!

It's ok of a place. People are nice. Check in is 7am earliest, and latest is 3:30pm. They go off appt time only. But you get stuck as a work in if your trailer is dirty, or you do not have it pre-cooled 55-65 degrees upon arrival. They do check the trailer as soon as you get it in the door too and they will reject you quick too if it's not satisfactory.

When you get here, your gps will take you to the front of the building on Butler. If you're at the stop sign with the business to your left. Then you want to turn left at the stop sign, which is O street. After you turn, you'll see a gated lot with a sign that reads Lyons plant #9 truck parking. Go in there to park, and walk across the street to check in. Check in is over by dock door 2, you'll go in and see a sign says driver check in. Can't miss it.

O street is pretty busy, I had a 7am appt and it was crazy. What I strongly suggest, if you get door 1 or 2. Position yourself while you're in the parking lot across from from doors 1&2 to straight back into the dock door. It is going to be your best bet, especially if there's another truck already sitting next to your door you're backing into. Door 1 is a total straight back from the parking lot if your set up just right. Door 2 is also, but just some mild maneuvering to serpentine it back in a little bit.

Overnight parking, I have no clue to be honest. The parking lot is gated. If you were north bound on 99. There's a rest area that's not super far away. If you want amenities, there's a couple truck stops not too far away either. There's a Loves and Flying J in Tulare that's 48 miles away. From what I could tell, there isn't much of curbside parking along the streets near this place.

The GPS brings you to the front of the business, but the loading and parking area in at the back of building (left on O street). Pick up was for the day before at 12:30pm got there the next day at opening time (7:00am) loaded and out of there in around a hour.

Fastest loading i have ever had in my trucking life, it takes 15 minutes to get me loaded, really appreciate that they respect the time

Pickup appointment was 3 pm but checkin at 7 am got door right away.
