For 18-Wheeler Truckers delivering here:
This is a very small warehouse, it's not designed for freight. There is no parking on the premises, and backing is tight, but you can park on the street an hour before your appointment. The docking door is very small, and you need to call the warehouse when you arrive so they send people to unload you.
I highly recommend you contact your broker and let them know of this. Request instructions, and they'll get you in contact with the warehouse manager, who will call you to arrange for unload.

Other than the fact that this warehouse is not designed for big trucks, the warehouse staff is nice and will unload you relatively fast, considering that their doors are small. We were unload in about two hours.
