1/15/25 - FIRST OFF...THE BUSINESS IS GOOD BUT THE LOCATION SUCKS! You've been warned!

Lincoln Provisional is located towards the middle, suite 200 located next to door C.

I got checked in at about 10:30am, was put on a door at 11:20am and unloading started instantly. Done by 11:45.

Parking can be tight because of the trucks and pedestrian vehicles coming in and out. I got lucky cause the street was clear when it was my turn plus I got put on door H which i was able to get to using the entrance path across the street. Good luck!

Be careful all truck driver if you have weekends appointments pick and delivery they closed on weekends also beware fromTQL broker on this load.

Arrived at 8pm the previous night for a 5am appt. Docks already full, trucks on the street. This place doesn't even open and have people show up until 5am and it seems appointments aren't a thing here. This is no place for a full size sleeper truck to be. I would suggest turning this load down if you can.

Other reviews are correct. Get here the night before. Dock in one of the 3 doors (G H I) and get some sleep. When I woke up, trucks were already stacked up on the street. Workers start to show up around 0445. Receiving is in the unmarked door next to F. Checked in before 0500 and started getting unloaded within minutes. Unloaded and on my way in about 1.5 hours.

If you are a skilled truck driver, this place will test your level of skill, You will find yourself making your truck do magical things you never thought it could do before and if you are a newbie truck driver you will freak out, on my first time here I seen this 20 something kid, driving for Swift, sitting in his cab, really scared and upset, almost crying, saying he just wanted to go home, other drivers were yelling at him to move his truck...this place WILL test you so be prepared

Appt 0500
Arrived 2000 the night before.
Checked in at 0510 and was out by 0620

They unloaded myself and another truck at the same time. He was out around 0610.

Upon arrival, the entire street was empty, except for one other truck already in door G. I parked in door H overnight. It's an easy back when no one is parked on the street.

It gets very crowded in the morning. I have to recommend arriving the night prior. Less traffic and parking available.

I thought it was going to be a nightmare to back into judging on the previous reviews. But fellow drivers were considerate in giving you the space needed to get into and out of the docks.
