Can't say enough about this place. What's their not to like. Got in a door right away. Staff was ready and hardworking. Got me unloaded and on my way within an hour. Michelle was great and rest of team members got the job done. Despite have several other tasks to do as well. Well trained and nice. Able to multitask and get you on your way. Love to see great people and workers who actually care. Thank you Michelle and staff so much 😊😀.

I was supposed to be a drop and hook. I was told to come back at the end of my appointment window after I dropped off my empty trailer. Three hours later, I went back to the shipping office to pick up the loaded trailer only to find out that my empty trailer wasn't put into a dock door for loading. Now I'm a live load. Complete lack of organization. Very embarrassing ensemble of Lowes office employees. The warehouse guy was pissed too. He understood the epic blunder of the office. Maybe he should be working in the office, and the office employees should be loading trailers.

No overnight parking . My appointment was by 10 arrived at 6:00 and the security told me me to wait at the gate until 9:00 and by 9:00 I checked in at the shipping and receiving got a dock then dropped the trailer and wait outside the gate in 30 minutes they called me and told me to come back and get the paperwork.

They unloaded me 9 hours early I had a great experience. The office and guard shack very professional. It wasn’t very many trucks but they didn’t have to take me.

My only issue with this location is its physical location. The road is narrow. The staff and the actual site are good. Massive lot is mostly empty because its so new. Driver check in is all the way around the building for some reason once you get inside. Big sign on the building and picnic tables by the door, can't miss it. I don't recall seeing bathrooms here, but I also wasn't looking for one.

Plenty of space for backing and isn’t too busy as of 08:00. Slide your tandems if you’re waiting in line at check in they’ll make you do it. After you dock they want you to disconnect and pull away from trailer. No big deal. I made the mistake of reconnecting after sitting for 40 mins on green. Understandable, most places say to wait for your pw before reconnecting or pulling from dock. A lady that works in the office came out to check something on a knights drivers truck and made me disconnect again. It’s going on an hour now with no call for paperwork. First of all if you want to be petty you have signs saying to back
Into a spot or don’t check in… it was ok for knight to disobey that rule! And secondly have some respect for our time! Places like these piss me off that it takes more time to get a signature than to unload the trailer. If you say that it’s for safety teach your staff to not switch the color from red to green like 98% of places we go. How dumb could you be? .. but for a good note the lady that checked me in was super nice and the guards were good too. Even if the whole making me disconnect again didn’t happen I still say this place sucks for the fact they have a hard time finding a pen to sign with
