Crazy system ever. They said the trailer will get unloaded in 6 hours but it will take more than 50hrs to get back your trailer from this location. TRUCKERS Don't waste your time here. Don't hual load from Lancaster, TX to this location. Specially with Ryder express they will set you up!!

Penske building is Lowes. "Security guards" are unorganized and take their sweet time with the paperwork while talking with their coworkers. This place also loaded the wrong trailer and it took them 2 hours to do a simple swap. I have been to some bad distribution centers and this place is right up there. I don't like righting reviews but it was one thing after another and this DC.

Guards were polite , I checked in 45 minutes before appointment and they got me right to a door and started unloading me immediately. Less than 2 hours on site . Good place

Lowes left only one lady in the guard shack to check in 35 trucks. Guard shack sucks. The management seen the trucks parked in the street and did nothing to help her out. I had to wait two hours just to drop off a drop trailer that they keep for 72 hours. It is no excuse for this kind of negligence. They care nothing about the driver/ or drivers clock. This is after i waited 5 1/2 to get loaded in ft. worth. Burn in hell lowes. I hope home depot run this company into the ground.

OTR: Signage shows Penske. 24/7 Drop and Hook. No overnight parking. 3 Truck Stops and scale nearby. There is plenty of maneuvering space. Tandems to the rear.

I wish I could give negative stars, these people are insanely lazy, they don't wanna come in to work because it's cold, I arrived at 7am and they didn't even start till noon and it took hours to load what was supposed to be one pallet, these people are absolutely lazy and horrible I'll never be coming here ever again and I'll never run their loads ever again.
