Need air in your tires? Not here. You are not worth maintaining working tire air pumps at the fuel isle. All are broken. Go away, trucker.

This is a broken location from all aspects. Legit disfunctional location.
Managment needs to find another place to work at.

This was probably the worst loves I've been to in a long time. Shower 1 was extremely unclean and the sink was ready to fall off the wall. The store itself needs remodeling since it hasn't changed since it was built back in the late 2000s/early 2010s. The shop is newer (probably built within the last couple of years), the lot is clean, pump 17 isn't working so it's completely blocked off, and the trash cans are empty

I want to thank the very kind loves employee AJ .I locked the keys in my truck she went well beyond her job to help me. Other employees I want to thank. The shop mechanic ...because he was kind even though,I had to call a locksmith.I want to take notice of the hardworking crew I got to know..Candi. ,Ruby, and the employees at Subway ,and Godfathers. Once again , i want to each of you ! Huge thanks to Loves travel stops.Thank you Loves couldn't find a better quality of individuals what a great team of people.

Coffee machines didn't work. Only one worked and the coffee was old and stale. Hope you didn't want any cream of sugar. There was ZERO cream. Two different dispensers were out and the counter had not one single creamer packet and maybe ten brown sugar packs. I travel for a living and I go to Loves often for the consistency and quality. But this one will be a Loves I by pass from now on.

Bathroom was filthy. Most port-a-johns are cleaner. Counters in the food area had old coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. solidified and sticky. Floor was the same. Drain trays at the soda fountain had mold growing. And apparently, no one paid the trash bill?

A new truck stop real nice but the employees are not taking care as they should.. request a shower and I did got one that was not even clean the toilet had crumps of poop, floor was dirty the shower mirror was dirty, as a national well company LOVE’S should pay employees more money to do their job right because they charged us a lot for everything!! Shower, fuel, mechanic service, parking lot etc..flights flying around the coffee area, it’s a complete mess. The building itself new, I don’t see why not keeping up with it!! The lady at the fuel desk it’s threatening at the truck drivers if you are blocking you will be tow, when they are the ones taking for ever for truckers to move out the way..

Would be an absolutely wonderful place to build a truck stop. Trucks blocking scale and pumps. Lot and store trashed. Fresh coffee dispenser extremely slow and they are slow enough to begin with. Finally gave up and moved to pour coffee just to be able to get out of there. Only one person working the fuel desk and a long line trying to conduct business. Then barely could get out of the parking lot because of trucks parked where they should not have been and not leaving room for other trucks to get around them so they can leave. 39 minutes to put on 91 gallons fuel.
Only good thing I can say is that at least their trash cans weren't overflowing.

Loves stores need to step up their game. This stop was not very clean, bathroom was dirty and coffee-soda station was poorly attended. Seems this has become a typical model for Loves. It's a shame. They used to be a reliable road stop.
