I've tried to call on several occasions and I get no answer! My husband even went up to talk with the owner Clif and he was so rude and had attitude the entire time. I even have some friends who went up there and he had an attitude with them as well and made their moving process harder than necessary.

We stored items at Little Elm Self storage for two years. Cliff (the manager) keeps a close eye on the premises and even came out to check on us a few times when we were doing out of the ordinary things.
It is a no frills place that kept our items safe and rodent / bug free for us with easy access.

Were should i start! I am currently looking to rent some storage space and after reading the reviews i thought this would be the right place for us. I called and spoke with a lady who was rude, impatiant with me and uninformed. I got zero attention to my needs and desires. When asked about what all the fees would add up to so i could have my money ready before heading that way (i live pretty far from little elm) i was told 3 more peoppe were interrested in renting their unit. I tried to be patiant and ask my question again. I was told that she eas currently at lunch and could not help me.
