Do NOT use this company for your logistic and shipping purposes. They don't answer your phone and they don't even know where your packages are located. Your business will suffer from these guys due to delay and lost items and lack of knowledge. It has been more than a month and till now we don't have our products. I called in many times and they don't even answer. I recommend to ask your agent in China before you use them. Do not repeat our mistake.
