if I could give 0 stars I would. the driver called me about an hour out. I said I would not be home so he asked me where to leave the pallet of tile.I said outside of my garage would be great.When my husband got home a few hours later the 2500 lb pallet was at the bottom of my driveway on the street it could get hit by a car We tried to call the driver back and there was no answer. Trucks come up my driveway everyday. If the driver did not want to go up my driveway he should have called me back and I would have denied delivery and would have told him to take it back. Absolutely ridiculous! 2500 lbs of tile my husband had to get off the street so it wouldn't get hit by a car. what kind of shipping service is this? I expect a full refund for the cost of the shipping

App was at 12:00, arrived at 09:45. Started getting unloaded immediately. Green light at 10:45. Super quick. Friendly employees.

The stupid delivery person, Jesus, delivered a scathed, dented refrigerator and refused to take it back. It was explained to him that the instructions from the store manager was to not accept the delivery if the product was damaged but he stated that his company is a third party and that he could not take it back. He basically left the fridge in front of the door.

Any driver delivering here the check in door is between door 16-17 they have a sign there that says drivers entrance they open that door at 7am and you check in base on your appointment 👍🏼

After some delay the delivery was made and Omar the driver was very helpful. The rep for the company was very knowledgeable and followed up with me when I had an issue.

Today I received my order from LinkEx. I had a great experience. They send me a message 2 days before the day of the delivery with the time window.
The day of I received another message when they were 11 minutes away.
Ben the delivery guy was nice and polite. I felt safe around him.

absolutely the most unreliable, worst freight company to ever deal with. never expect anything to arrive on time as scheduled or in the condition it is supposed to as they are careless with time and the shipments. Never have I dealt with such a horrible freight company. No clue how they are still in business.
